Drop-Off Procedures
Before you drop-off, please double-check the following:

* All items have tags.

* All tags have barcodes.

* All clothes are hung with hook facing left (like a question mark) with the tag in the right-hand upper corner attached with safety pins.

* Group all category items together and put them in the same box  to speed up the inspection process. **JCPS employees, if you could bring your items in using empty paper ream boxes and leave those boxes for us to recycle at our sale, that would be appreciated!**
  1. Please sign in.
  2. Be sure to sign your Consignor Agreement.
  3. Verify your contact information and e-mail address.  If you are donating unsold items and will not be returning for pick-up time, please leave a self-addressed, stamped envelope for your check to be mailed out.
  4. You will receive your Consignor Pre-Sale Ticket at the sign-in table. Only consignors will be able to enter the sale on your ticket. Remember: All Workers who Volunteer to work 4 hours or more during the sale will be able to shop BEFORE consignors at the Worker's Pre-Sale.
  5. Begin unloading your things and take them to the first available inspection table area.  (A little red wagon & yellow wagon will be placed by the door for all consignors to use to unpack their items from their car.  Return the wagons to the doorway when finished.)
  6. If you need additional barcodes, make a list (tell whether you would like those items discounted on Saturday) and take it up to the computer area so that your labels can be printed while your other items are being inspected.
  7. Once your items have been inspected, we ask you to help us put your items out on the sales floor in the appropriate category.
  8. Please allow 20-30 minutes for drop-off.
